Confidentiality Statement

Each and every employee, volunteer, student, or other individual involved with any activity, event or occurrence at Mountain View Community assumes the obligation and necessity to keep in confidence all that pertains to the resident’s condition and/or affairs.  This responsibility is shared by every person involved in any capacity of service, employment or functioning within this facility.  Every individual is obligated to refrain from any discussion related to any resident, or to give any information about a residents, except as required to do within the specific job description or ask requirements of the individual’s facility involvement.  This mandate must reflect compliance both within and outside of the facility.  Violation of this requirement for Confidentiality will result in disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment or involvement with Mountain View Community.  In addition, any employee, volunteer, student or other individual involved in any way with Mountain View Community who becomes aware of any violation of this Confidentiality Statement must report the incidence to the Administration of Mountain View Community.
